Starting August 1st I will no longer be posting my blogs…. I have decided there is too much good information falling into hands that are not deserving of receiving such information garnered, created and evolved over a generation of years.
For you loyal readers of which I am proud to say there are a great many I will be happy to personally make my daily writings available to you in e mail format if you wish to join my mailing list. I have toiled hard and diligently as athlete and coach for twenty five years plus and have earned what ever success has come my way, the old fashion way…. I earned it….
